Heron Instruments Inc has a  commitment to the community in which we live and work. World Water Day - March 21st 2012

In honor of of World Water Day on March 21, 2012  Heron will be sponsoring : White Water, Black Gold - at the 2012 Eco-Film Festival held by our local environmental organization Burlington Green. This film is an  investigative point-of-view documentary that follows David Lavallee on his three-year journey across western Canada in search of answers about the activities of the world's thirstiest oil industry: The Tarsands.

Heron Instruments Inc is proud to announce that we are one of three finalists in the 2011 Business Awards held by the Burlington Chamber of Commerce. The awards will be presented in at a gala celebration on April 12 2012. Wish us luck.

 

 

After months of meetings and interviews, the Burlington Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for its 2011 Business Excellence Awards.  The Chamber has named local organizations as potential winners of awards in a variety of categories. Award nominations are based on overall business excellence and the criteria include excellence in business leadership, community contributions, entrepreneurship, environment, employee welfare, innovation, and market growth.
